      Pros

      International environment. Chances of career progress. Worth a go if you're just looking for a first job or are just in need of any type of job.

      Cons

      Not a great salary. Lack of transparency in internal promotions, KPIs (ambiguous and unfair) and bonus plans. A few Operations managers try their best to spread a toxic working culture of control, lack of trust and verbal abuse. Unexperienced team leaders and insufficient product knowledge transfer during the initial training. Overall there's persistent pressure and micromanagement, and most things seem to be poorly planned. The workers' representatives are useless.

It's a great pity that you obviously didn't feel comfortable with us, as it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which our colleagues feel comfortable. In order to achieve this, we depend on the direct feedback of every single employee. The team management or the personnel department are the right contacts for this.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
