Pros

- Good salary for customer support - I could get the HO - possibility to climb the ladder

Cons

- Concentrix is a subcontract, so it's hard to have power of negocation as they fear to lost their contract and so lost money. -You are just a number - Unbelievable hours starting super early or finishing super late with one day of in the middle, impossible to have a routine or time for yourself. They don't get care about your mental health and well being - You don't last one year, big turn over and tend to hire people who doesnt speak the language of the market

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
