Pros

Having a whole bunch of people stuck in the same bad situation you are in builds true relationships, some of my best friends are people I met there.

Cons

They lie to you at the interview, at the onboarding, and care absolutely nothing for your well being. They will bring you in at the lowest possible pay, overload you with work, and treat you like garbage. When the contract ended they told us with an honest smile on their faces we were all being let go at the end of the year, except the most toxic boss I have ever had, all while threatening to punish us for being upset about it. The HR there is a joke, I had to threaten them with a lawsuit, and threaten to let the client know about their mistreatment of us just to get the lowest possible level of respect from them. The building was so poorly maintained many of us got sick from the ancient carpet and damaged ceiling tiles. They also claim to be LGBT+ friendly, but in my own experience, the company is anything but.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
