You will be informed that deadlines, and staying under client variances are our TOP priority ( which is understandable considering we want to ensure stakeholders are 100% pleased with Concentrix) only to learn later on that TRACKERS (aka another micromanagement method) are truly their priority. Whether you are in a leadership role or not, you are NOT safe from this. It won't matter if you are the most passionate, involved, and deliver great results to stakeholders, if the trackers, and charts don't reflect that, you will get the boot when layoffs happen (and layoffs happen all too frequently here). It won't matter if, personally, higher leadership have witnessed your work results, if the numbers in their tracker don't show up, you are getting the boot. You will be required to clock in, clock out, clock each break, AND fill out on a tracker if you were at the bathroom, meetings, trainings, doing your work, etc.,. You may have some weeks that if you forget ANYTHING, it will damage your productivity results. If there are roles that have you temporarily take on other roles until they find a replacement, and this saves them money, chances are they will come back and say "We won't be needing a supervisor role since you are doing the supervisor work already." and no, you won't get the supervisor's pay. Concentrix WILL avoid opening up new supervisor roles and giving new projects to current supervisors to save money, even if the current supervisors are overworked/overtasked. This is just one of several examples that I have witnessed. Call agents drop like flies, and I feel so sorry for stakeholders as this WILL impact the quality of their company and get them a horrid reputation. This result accentuates the saying "you get what you pay for." STAKEHOLDERS: I would advise to go the extra mile and conduct business with a company that doesn't cut several corners, financially, as it will impact your company's reputation for the worst.
