Pros

Time off is ok, however, good luck finding out how much time off you have. Lots of overtime offered.

Cons

Pay checks are always incorrect. Very poor record keeping on benefits and time off. Pay is low. Promises are never kept. Lots of employees have attitude issues. Parking is horrible and no security. Quality scoring is off, tardiness is not addressed with employees. Office and bathrooms are nasty. Break rooms are always full and not maintained. Refrigerators are always full and smell. Employees with no knowledge are promoted to management positions and they avoid issues. I have frequently asked senior CSR's questions and have received wrong answer or they avoid me by walking away. Very Poor planning for ongoing training during shifts without backup for call volume. Team leaders have favorite minions who are allowed to goof off all day. Petty reviews on issues CSR has no control over.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
