Hi Concentrix, it’s been a fulfilling experience working here for the past 3 years. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with great people and expand my knowledge, which has been one of the best aspects of my time here. However, despite the focus on growth and development, I haven’t seen opportunities for promotion in my role during these 3 years. Additionally, the healthcare coverage could be more comprehensive, and the fast-paced environment can sometimes be overwhelming. Nonetheless, I’m grateful for the learning experiences and the people I’ve worked with
