They do work hard to keep you around, call if you've called in, decent benefits, pay could be better. Attendance is slack

Cons

Salary, opportunity and recognition are lacking. Good luck getting a raise. Management is rarely organized oft has issues with pay schedule.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
