Pros

I have been working in Concentrix for the past 6 months and having previously worked in another contact center I have found it to be a breath of fresh air to be honest. The company is very staff focused, and there are many opportunities if you are willing to work for them. It is a company that appears to be growing so of course it will have its bad days but no different to any other company you could work in.

Cons

The benefits would be the only con.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
