A lot of things are not mentioned in the interview. I take calls for a major financial client. Supposed to be light sales and mostly customer service. However, you find out later that there are so many metrics to hit and so many ways to not receive a bonus. Your hours will vary based on their company needs. You can't change positions until after 6 months. I was told the job I initially applied for was unavailable but this one was. On my career profile it says I declined the position. So that's a little shady getting people over to this position. Very high turnover. New people training every week. The people are nice, even management. haven't really had any issues with that. Just the whole pay structure. reminds me of selling vacations.
