      Contiki has been a brilliant career move and has opened up so many opportunities for me to grow within my role and continue to add to my skill set. The leadership team are supportive and always willing to listen to any ideas you have.

      Cons

      There may be times when you have to work the occasional weekend but you are rewarded for the time worked.

      Pros

      Can be very very fun. Get to travel all over USA, Meet people from all over the world. I list a lot of cons, but the fun and coolness of the job is a big win.

      Cons

      -Pay is soooo low -Rely on tips from people who don't know how to tip -training is unethical, unpaid and not helpful. -Don't train you on internal systems and taking payments -So much miscommunication internally. Nothing is ever clear or streamlined. -People always talking poorly about each other. Very very toxic leadership. -Lifestyle is not sustainable. -you have to do A LOT of work unpaid. -soooo much stress. - you need to be super organized... I was not haha
