      Pros

      - Great people to work with - Opportunities for driven people to fastrack their careers - Opportunities to work on large projects inernationally and rather easy overseas relocations if requested - Recent leadership changes are making things better and outlook is good

      Cons

      - Salaries under market by default but can be negotiated - Not a tier 1 company so not the best and biggest projects to work on but things are improving

      Great support team and I was always busy with tasks to complete

      Cons

      Due to the variety of different projects each for a short amount of time, getting to know people well was difficult!
