Pros

so far good balance btw work and personal life. Manager actually tries to accomodate your needs. However, hard to get 1:1 time but when you do then it is OK. No particular required face time needed, as long as you get the job done. Cheap gym access, OK food in the cafeterias. what else can i write...maybe pretty good benefits and relocation assistance. Co-workers seem down to earth. Opportunities to move within the company after 12/18 months. Food in cafeteria is cheap, cheaper and better than some fast food restaurants - serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Parking is hell in the mornings

Cons

Just too unstructered and at times undefined roles and responsibility. Hard to access management at times. Too large organization and easily becomes one of many. Not sure if the pay for performance metric is really in place and unbiased. Heard rumors that it works like "if i scrub your back then you scrub my back". Parking is hell in the morning. Just too many different tools for the jobs and no compatibility whatsoever between these. Long and hasslesome procedures e.g. submit work orders here (online) and there and no real 'personal' touch to it. Little or none face time with sr. management

Pros

At this point? None honestly.

Cons

They did a complete 180 since I got hired. Came in as remote during COVID and now that they forced most people back to the office, they made us 3rd class citizens in the company. Can't get a raise, a promotion, any spiffs or even the same contests that the people in the office do. This company does not keep promises and has been constantly doing workforce reductions ever year like clockwork for 4 years now. The COO Jeff Clarke is an absolute clown as well, you have to go into the office dressed as business casual, but this guy goes to One Dell World in undersized lame t-shirts every year. Hypocrisy at all levels of this company. Just looking for a good opportunity and I am out, after talking to my co workers I feel like 70-80% feel the same. The tools also suck and are down half the time as well.
