Good amount of leaves and management will not ask too many questions when to want to meet you ake leave! There are opportunities to learn things!

Too many layoffs from past 3 years You will be in same role for at least 4-5 years with very minium salary increase. Salary increase after promotion is also very less Dell talks a lot about its culture but fails to keep its internal employees happy. End of the day you need to be good with managers from other teams also, that is what they call 'visibility' for any promotions Managers will ask you about your concerns but will not do anything to solve them Not hybrid anymore, all 5 days from office. Dell claims a team member who is farther than 60 mins has an option to work from home but when it comes to India even if you take 2 hours for commute you are expected to come to office It used to be very positive work environment, but now it is filled with employees who are frustrated, feared about layoffs.
