      If you want to be stuck in some 90's era, this is the best solution.

      Cons

      Still old mentality for the managers. Everybody is oriented on the Jira metrics and what is the number of story points are on the end of month, still if those are not 100% done

      Very collaborative environment with good leadership in most divisions.

      Cons

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
