They call you for the interview, give you selection call, ask you to forward salary details and then actual game start of giving excuses saying cost center issue and all. Nobody will give you clear understanding, this is ridiculous. Do you really think this is professional, it happened twice with me. If you dont have funds to hire people then why you call them for an interview. Please note we are not free for such hell experience.
