Pros
Initial salary was competitive, colleagues were not the typical neckbearded programmers, there were some opportunities to work with some newer technologies, development work was decent
Cons
A bit of chaos in the development area, colleagues were not so well prepared technically, salary increases don't keep up with the market, rigid corporate rules - you don't have admin rights on your machine as a developer, they promise you'll work both frontend and backend, but for me it was mostly frontend and I really didn't appreciate that
