Pros
Its a tech friendly place to work in. There are a lot of good people, who are easily approachable and friendly, usually supportive of employees and allows you a good balance of work and life.
Cons
lack of established processess, information sharing especially from management side is lacking, you only get told at the last minute. Sutck to some pre concieved ideas even though there is clear signs that it is not working.
