Pros

The organization follows the European attitudes towards work life balance. Time off and flexible work schedules are usually not a problem. Most of the people are great to deal with.

Cons

Compensation is below market rate (at least in IT). Additionally, they are aggressively looking to outsource/off shore any thing they possible can. This leads to very poor moral and a feeling of just trying to get by day-to-day. For IT, the center of the universe is London, then Frankfurt, and finally NY. Get use to it.
