One of the biggest committed market maker - good information from the desks when they are willing to share. Good exposure to institutional investors
Cons
VERY inorganized. Penny pinching to the extreme where work process is interrupted. Information sharing seems optional at times, even when it is for the greater good of the company. Short change their employees by hiring them through an outsource consulting firm to maintain a minimum headcount.
