      It's a great company with highly motivated people who are dedicated to doing their jobs well and working with others to achieve the goals of the company.

      Cons

      Communication to the field is lackluster. Departments can be siloed from business to business, even though functionally they are the same.

      Very collaborative environment with good leadership in most divisions.

      Cons

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
