Pros
Overall decent working environment, although I was remote. Good benefits and decent pay.
Cons
Very liberal company, and that's saying a lot for a bank. The senior management, in my department, was very inexperienced and immature/narcistic at times. As a well experienced/educated professional, it was too much to repeat everyday.
