Working in AFC, my direct management is fantastic, always honest with us, ready to help with any development. Always ready to accept feedback to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Cons
Will be required to go in 3 days a week in office in June, which makes it much less appealing. No raises this year, which is a double whammy.
