Pros
In general there is quite good work life balance (depends on team though). 30 days PTO/year and pay is fine.
Cons
Career progress can be slow. Pays is medium range, on the better side for juniors but not as good for seniors. Not much bonuses and there is legacy stiff that you don't want to work on. Bureaucracy is a thing !
