Cab service, competitive pay. Good number of leaves.
Cons
Senior management is very messed up. Lot of politics. I would say company is good but it depends in which team you're in. For me experience was horrible. I'm switching the company in 5months. You need to request ur manager thousands of time to approve a single leave. Don't expect any help, support or sympathy in our bad days. Worst culture I have ever seen.
