Pros
alright starting rate, comprehensive health and safety equipment and induction. Overtime rates paid, so good if you want to work non stop and pay a bill. Great company values, on paper.
Cons
Lack of vital tools (not related to H&S, just tools to do the job.) No support compulsory overtime underhanded tricks to squeeze you out if you don't lap up the 70+ hours a week. Not a forever job and no time allowed to live your life or find something else.
