Absolutely none. Avoid at all costs. There are a few good people in the company, however most people are incredibly toxic.
Cons
Completely toxic working environment. They create Downer to be this wonderful place to work during the hiring process, soon after you’re hired you realise this isn’t the case. The majority of people are incredibly fake and take no responsibility for themselves. Management is equally appalling and don’t offer any support, mentorship or guidance, even after asking. The amount of sexism and narrow minded men in leadership that is in this company is astounding. Everything the leadership team do is for show, to tick a box and everything is rehearsed/scripted, no one is genuine. If I could give everything 0 stars I would.
