Pros
Great environment and challanging work. The projects worked on are not just busy work. After the first few weeks placement into top priority projects is what makes this job worth while. The knowledge gained and skills used help to prepare you for graduation.
Cons
Starting off can be a little difficult as with any job. The amount of information needed to become comfortable with what is happening around you is enormous as expected with a large engineering firm. However taken one project/task at a time it is manageable.
