Large company with smaller company feel. Easy to get involved with research and development and design projects. Travel required to various factories.
Cons
Hopefully this company can begin making more things locally, and do not rely so heavily on foreign manufacturing and outsourcing. Emerson traditionally pays lower than other Fortune 500 companies.
