Lots of work hours if wanted.
Cons
Lots of hours you may not want to spend at work, Local management will try to guilt-trip you if you say no because they put so much pressure on the leads of the areas to make things work. Management does not like to bring in more personal until you it finally gets to the point where you can't physically do anymore. They do not work well with school or anything outside of their world and they expect the same from you. The culture is not very appreciative, they just expect you to be happy you have a job with them.
