Pros
Great deal of respect for employees and their efforts. Great morale that came from the top. couldn't wait to get to work each day. Will stay in touch with many friends made there.
Cons
Poor planning for the 2008 crash that killed the "sales plan" Should have been more conservative and not as reactive with the RIF.
