      Good Experienced Staff, good exposure to process and systems.

      Management can be weak due to lack of support from global senior directors. Management are not supportive to their teams. No benefits it's very poor

      Management is in total disarray. Company has no direction, no sense of community or corporate identity, conflicting mission statements. A mess from top to bottom.
