Everyone who works there is so fun, friendly, and welcoming. I had such a great experience there and have only heard great things. Wish every company were like this. Office space is so nice, and the location is great too. Everyone there is so hardworking and loves their job.

A lot of the people who work there are great and the pay is good.
Cons
Poor lower level management but the principals are all nice. People at same level are paid differently. They let people go for what they say are performance issues but really is just favoritism. You're expected to work a ton of hours and if you don't, you won't move up or may even be let go.
