First of all misleading job description and communication. Do not expect for this position to be finance related whatsoever, 99% of work is legal. 0 clarity before bonus payment and lots of unpaid overtime with not exactly great bonus. People in same positions can earn different base salaries. Unnecessarily stressful environment with people that are not even involved in the underwriting function making it stressful. Poor training. Favouritism is rampant and the relationship with seniors and being present in the office can matter a lot more than your work.
