Pros

Talented people, flawless remote work system, good internal processes, nice culture, glad to work here!

Cons

Guys, across the ~10 executive leadership roles and ~15 board seats, there are no longer any women with significant responsibilities. This is concerning, especially for talented women want to work for the company long-term. If there isn’t representation, women will not expect to be promoted, and they’ll leave. It’s pretty obvious.
