Headquarters in Spring is located on a beautiful campus, with tons of amenities and they frequently hold employee events. Employees have access to good health benefits and other perks, including a 7% match on 401K and a pension.
Cons
With DWW as chairman, they've offshored every job and process possible, to where now many processes take forever to complete. God help you if something goes wrong and you have a problem or an issue because the people aren't available during our work hours and will have no idea what you're trying to explain to them!!
