Entry level jobs, with little knowledge share, awful and short handovers. The gained experience in the job will convert to "specialists" or to "supervisors", with a slights increase in salary, and a lot of challenge to figure out how to do your job, as no actual useful training given. All depends on the handover, which is usually very short. The knowledge disappears as there are too many rotations between the jobs, with many handovers. The good point this way you may see many job roles, but the hours are partly about investigation how to do something unusual, who is responsible, and who may have any information on it. All ASAP. Unless you have a great team - which actually is common - won't be satisfying for long.
