Cons
No mobility, I've seen people who work there for years not able to grow or get the opportunity. The only people that have the option for promotion these days are those new coming into Fidelity and those who have high up referrals move up fast. If you do not have a director or up referrals good luck in getting promoted. Also if you have been there for 10+ years good luck. Management is terrible there are no kudos given for going above and beyond but you will be written up for making an error. Management do not care about your personal life only what you can do for the company so dont expect any acknowledgement for birthdays or anniversary or holidays or even death in the family they could care less about it.. I can honestly write a book on everything I seen at this company.
