Pros
the culture is great and fidelity has great learning opportunities for people who want to grow and learn in their position. the people are nice and the food is good at fidelity. i like my co-workers and they promote a team atmosphere. if you work hard you will make money but sometimes you have to be politically able to rise up in the company. the work life balance is good and you don't have to work overtime unless you want to. it is the type of job that when you leave the job and go home you don't have to think about anything. i like that.
Cons
sometimes the work can get routine. you get in this rut and you just process things for other people. the customers can be angry at times, especially in a downturn market. sometimes the clients can be annoying as well but that is just the way customer service goes. sometimes the bonus structure is very team oriented that if you are on a bad team then you can kiss a good bonus goodbye. if you are on a good team then i guess things would be better. sometimes meeting numbers can overtake doing quality work. the company is putting in place a lot of systems that check closely what each person is up to.
