Pros

- Cabs - Sodexo - byod - no dress code - connect allowance

Cons

-24/7 operations , it's only for workers not managers. -The policies are just on paper, you may get high salary compared to other companies but here you need to work for 12-14 hrs. Best thing is they don't record it, ask anyone if they have timesheet and then prove me wrong -Shift allowance is lowest in the industry , 150 rs ? Really ? You work on sat and sun and get one day off , and that too for 150rs . - Managers are biased in promotion and hikes, if you are close to manager, even without working you will get promoted, else you may need to wait for 10 years. - HR never listen and managers never bother for well being, they don't do shift or work on weekend but want others to work - managers are biased as they know your salary ans regional bias is at best. - salary is definately low compared to market but if you want to learn something and don't get outdated, never join here . In case you feel this company has better job security then you are wrong, here firing is called as VRS - Rotations are insane and there is no policy to have check on this. - Last but not the least,my reviews gets deleted often . They have a strong marketing team which puts all the fake reviews and have 4+ start rating here. Don't believe me ? Check the ratings for gurgaon branch ( we don't have one but advertising team just create dummy data to put good reviews ) -if you love your career , join at your own risk.

Pros

Benefits including profit sharing and bonuses are great. The breadth of this company provides a great opportunity to try out different career paths or boost your current one.

Cons

In my current role, I am working overtime more often than I'd like with recognition that seems to only go so far until it sizzles out. That may be tied to the size of the company itself, where promotions work in a "trickle down" manner.
