      I was with Student flights for majority of my decade with FCTG and I was truely blessed to have seen so much of the world but also learn from the best leaders and understand the true difference of a manager and a leader.

      Cons

      No one is a fan of KPIs and at times it can be hard to motivate others besides yourself.
