Company has a laid back culture that can be really good compared to other companies

Limited flexibility moving forward, with minimum 2 days in the office for engineers and 3 days minimum in the office for everyone else. Poor management co-ordination of priorities and OKRs. Limited opportunities for promotions and no clear career progression mechanism. Does not have a pay review system and incentivises management to not give pay rises. It is common knowledge at Flight Centre that the only way to get a pay review is to get a new role. Even still, they limit pay increases for internal movement to 15%, so you are at a disadvantage being an internal employee compared to outside hires.
