Great opportunities within the company, you don't have to go outside to find what may interest you in different industries, different geographical locations. Very diversified portfolio and employee base. Very process oriented.
Cons
Very complicated matrix organization, sometimes it's hard to understand who is in charge and who makes decisions, sometimes it's hard to get decisions to be made.
