Pros
After a year with GE it is a very a good place to work and start your career. The only challenge is dealing with the high level of bureaucracy which can be frustrating at times
Cons
The bureaucracy is a real drawback, this gives the place the feel that you are in government at times and not at one of the most innovative companies in the world.
