Pros
There are many interesting projects and the industry business is stable and durable. Good pay and benefits. There are also lots of chances to work with different group of the people and be able to learn lots of skills such as interactively cooperating with others and understanding others' various technologies.
Cons
The company is in the trend to contract the work outside to save the cost temporarily, which may be costly in the long run but the current managers only worry about their available budget. Big company problem and there are always some non-respectful talking persons, instead of workers, which is annoying and hurts others's feeling.
