Great Work culture. No micro management. Unlike other companies, India division has a lot of ownership Daily work full of technical challenges

It's actually funny con but I think once you get used to GE culture you are no good to any service based company in IT sector, being in GE you can have a freedom of expression and question the approach etc for a project, which is so unlike other IT service provider
