Lots of valuble training. Great opportunties to meet people and networking.
Cons
GE’s philosophy is to get away with paying their employees as little as possible. They don’t believe in paying top dollar for top talent. Bonuses are either non existant or a joke, salary is below average. Raises are an insult. Perception/brain washing is valued more than developing engineering/design talent.
