8yThank you for this. It seems you already familiar with our ombuds process so we won't share it here. We appreciate your concerns. GE's going through a significant amount of change and taking a hard look at how we have candid dialogue -- it's something we continue to work. Our leadership is intensely focused on improving candor across the organization. For example, our CEO regularly engages our entire workforce on a weekly basis and answers employee questions through a Q&A tool allows anyone to ask and anyone to vote a question up or down.
