i have worked at GE for 6 years in GE Power. I really appreciate the managers that I have had and the opportunities I have been given. I especially love the formalized training programs and leadership programs (XLP) that I have taken.
Cons
Not very many cons, as with any large company they can be slow moving to remove dead weight employees & are not the highest salaries in the business.
