Bredth of opportunities across a wide range of industries. Great people to work with and are NICE people, which is apparently a rare occurance (especially within the finance field). People who are mid level managers to senior managers are very smart, quick witted, and definitely a breed of their own. Seems like you need to be very competent to stay within GE, but will be rewarded hansomly if you can stick it through. Lots of opportunity for growth, and a very lean firm structure considering the 300,000+ employees it hires.
