Pros
Bright people, casual work environment stimulates productivity. You are encouraged to utilize your existing skills and opportunities exist to learn new ones (if you can find the time!)
Cons
Long hours, too many meetings and excessively complicated and non-intuitive workflows needed to accomplish simple tasks. Health benefits are inferior and are a disservice to all the hardworking employees. Cumbersome and ineffective performance evaluation process that really boils down to what your supervisor thinks,rather than any true objective metric.
